Academic background

Mr Finney completed his undergraduate training in 1989 and after extensive post graduate training he was awarded his podiatric surgical fellowship in 1995. He took up his first Podiatric Consultant post in Chesterfield 1998 and has held Podiatric Consultant posts in Nottingham, Ilkeston, Sheffield and Huddersfield.

Mr Finney is currently Vice Dean Directorate Podiatric Surgery, College of Podiatry. He is an examiner for the college of podiatry and has acted as an advisor to NICE and the College of Podiatry and Royal College of Surgeons
